This page provides the legal disclosures required under §5 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and §18 Abs. 2 of the German Interstate Media Treaty (MStV) for operators based in Germany.

6. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
7. Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible under §7 Abs. 1 TMG for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. Under §§8–10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a specific infringement of the law becomes known. As soon as we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.
8. Liability for links
This site contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose content we have no influence. We cannot, therefore, accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for the content of those pages.
